Payment:

New customers will need to make a purchase to create a San Pedro Stamp Co. account. Once you have selected the stamps that you wish to purchase and have added them to the shopping cart, you will be able to “Begin Secure Checkout” and create your log-in with your email address and your personal secure password. As well as billing and shipping information. Please to your approved sender list add info@sanpedrosc.com to make sure you receive email notifications (such as order confirmations) from us.

Payment can be made with VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or AMEX. We will also accept PayPal and Google Pay.

Payment may also be made by check if received within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. The order will be shipped once the check clears the bank. This will usually occur within 5-7 days of deposit.

Shipping:

All shipments will be sent within 72 hours of credit card payment clearing, or verification that your check has cleared the bank. If you have paid via check and the item is out of stock, you will receive a refund for the out-of-stock item. This will be either via check or if you wish a credit will be placed in your account for a future purchase.

-For all foreign orders add $10 USD handling fee

All shipments under $100 will be shipped via USPS ground with tracking. You will also be given the option to choose a different shipping option (i.e. FedEx)

Items over $100 will be shipped via Fed Ex 2day Air at no cost to purchaser, (domestic orders only. International orders cost will be based on location.)

For international shipments: Customs and import duties-When ordering, the purchaser is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country to which the order is being sent. Shipping forms for all international shipments will show the total value of the order and will be identified as “philatelic material for stamp collectors”. The purchaser will be responsible for all applicable customs fees, import duties or any other fees levied by the authorities at the receiving destination. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country the purchaser should be familiar with local customs requirements. Contact your local authorities for more information. Insurance will be available for an additional fee. Which will be quoted at time of request.
